    Action 21 runs practical projects which help people live more sustainably in the areas of food, energy, transport and waste.


    Brandon Wood Farm

    Brandon Wood Farm provides training and activities for adults with learning disabilities in areas such as animal care, horticulture, environment, woodcraft, catering, performing arts, bird watching and crafts.

     

    British Trust Conservation Volunteers (BTCV)

    British Trust Conservation Volunteers is the UK's largest practical environmental conservation charity. They have over 130,000 volunteers nationwide. Their vision is to see a world where people value their environment and take practical action to improve it.

     

    Guide Dogs

    Guide Dogs for the Blind breeds and trains guide dogs to provide life changing mobility to thousands of blind and partially sighted people. They have a range of volunteering opportunities based at their centre in Leamington Spa.

     

    READ International

    READ International collects books from anyone, anywhere throughout the UK, mainly textbooks and children’s literature from secondary schools. They sort the books and send the most relevant, up-to-date, and high quality books to schools in Tanzania and Uganda

     

    Tocil Bee Meadow

    The Tocil Bee Habitat Meadow is an environmental art project that aims to create a bee friendly meadow in the grounds of Warwick University to raise awareness of the plight of the British honey bee.

     

    Tocil WOOD

    The Tocil Wood project is run in conjunction with Warwickshire Wildlift Trust, a Coventry based organisation and the leading local environmental charity. Many activities are available for volunteers willing to get involved in conservation, benefiting both people and wildlife.

     

    WEAVE Recycle


    WEAVE is a creative recycling centre for schools, community groups and education organisations, designed to inspire the creative use of recycled materials by children, young people, educators and community workers.
