Terms for Exam Timetables
If you are a student and you view your examination timetable in PDF form using the online system, the date when you viewed it is recorded.
This is used for statistical purposes and may be used by the Academic Office in the event of any dispute over non-attendance.
If you are a member of staff, access to timetables is not recorded, but any changes you make such as changing the title of the examination period are logged with your identity.
