Mass Mailing
When you use the mass mailing system, the details of the emails you send using it (your ID, the title, body, the group it was addressed to and the date it was sent) are stored. These are used by IT Services to monitor usage of the system.
Only staff can use the mass mailing system. It must only be used to send strictly academic messages. If a student has a genuine need to mass mail a group (such as relating to an SSLC), s/he should approach a member of staff to send the message.
