Times Higher ranks Warwick as one the world’s most International universities

We have been ranked as one of the world’s top 50 most international universities in a Times Higher Education list which examines the proportion of international staff, students and research papers published with at least one co-author from another country. Warwick awarded Queen’s Anniversary Prize for research in Mathematics and Statistics

Red Square Sculpture listed by English Heritage

For decades, the Rootes Hall Courtyard has been known as Red Square. This is not due to any past attention to the Soviet Union but rather, because a large red sculpture dominates the space. Called 3B Series No. 1, it is by the artist Bernard Schottlander, and has now been listed by English Heritage in recognition of a time when architects and artists worked together to try to communicate a vision of a new world after their experiences in the war.
