    Warwick Ventures - Technology Transfer:

    Warwick Ventures was created in April 2000 to build on the research successes of the University of Warwick. It is our responsibility to ensure that the intellectual property that is the result of the University's annual research spend – some £120 million - is properly protected and commercialised for the benefit of the academics, the University, the region and, indeed, the nation.

    School of Life Sciences

    Formed on 1 October 2010 by the integration of the Department of Biological Sciences and Warwick HRI, the School of Life Sciences has a wide portfolio of research expertise and state-of-the-art facilities. The new School builds on exisiting centres of excellence for multidisciplinary research and continues to develop new understanding across the spectrum from fundamental molecular and cell biology to real-word, applied research problems. We are keen to conitnue to develop our industrial partnerships, offering commercial opportunities to external customers.

    Warwick Crop Centre, part of the School of Life Sciences, works closely with industry through collaborative research and knowledge transfer partnerships.
