Overview
Warwick Conferences is the largest commercial business of the University of Warwick. With an annual turnover of £22 million, our surplus income is reinvested into the University of Warwick's world class teaching and research.
With three purpose built Training and Conference Centres - Arden, Radcliffe and Scarman - and the main campus Conference Park utilising the outstanding campus facilities, we offer the widest choice of meeting space in the UK.
At Warwick Conferences it is the people that matter. We know how important your event is to you and that is why you can be sure that our dedicated teams will be on hand every step of the way to ensure a successful and stress-free event, every time.
Each of our conference venues provide exemplary facilities. From the comfort of our en suite bedrooms to world-class dining in our restaurants, we understand that an event isn't just about the meeting space - it is about the whole experience.
Why not give us a call today and speak with one of our team. We would be delighted to talk through your event requirements and help you to choose the perfect venue for you and your business.

It's no wonder that over 4,000 events and 200,000 delegates choose Warwick Conferences each year.
Environmental Initiatives
Warwick Conferences are committed to the environment and exercise an ongoing improvement plan to look at best practice throughout our industry and also at new and innovative means of reducing the negative impacts our business may have on the environment.
The Environment Committee is responsible for the formulation, development and implementation of all of Warwick Conferences' Training and Conference Centres environmental initiatives. The committee works, in conjunction with other University of Warwick departments and external companies. The committee is made up of volunteers from each of the Training and Conference Centres, one of which takes on the role of Chairperson - Andrew Taylor, Food & Beverage Manager at Radcliffe House. The committee meets on a regular basis to discuss the many different environmental issues which affect us at Warwick Conferences and to make decisions on future developments.
With this in mind, Warwick Conferences encourage all of our customers and staff to remember two key ideas: "REDUCE, REUSE and RECYCLE" and "SWITCH IT OFF".
Getting Here - Green Travel
At Warwick Conferences we would encourage our delegates to consider more environmentally friendly means of travelling to and from your event. A large proportion of the UK's carbon emissions are as a result of car usage.
Consider using public transport, car share, or other means to get to your event. The University of Warwick is well connected with transport links from London, Birmingham, Coventry City Centre, Kenilworth and Leamington Spa. There are regular buses from Coventry Train Station and taxis are also readily available, the number 12 stops on main campus.
