On submission of your payment details you are confirming your bed and breakfast booking(s) with Warwick Conferences. You agree to pay the full charges for the booking.
Should you require any amendments to your booking following confirmation please call us on 024 7652 3222, we will make every endeavor to accommodate your requirements but cannot guarentee to meet your requests. We shall have no liability should we fail to do so.
Should you wish to cancel your booking either in part or in full you will be charged cancellation charges of 100% if less than three months in advance of the first day of your booking.
