The Centre for Translation and Comparative Cultural Studies has closed with effect from 30 September 2009.   The MA programmes in Translation, Media and Cultural Transfer; Colonial and Postcolonial Literature; Comparative Cultural and Media Studies; and Comparative Cultural and Literary Studies have been discontinued and no further applications will be accepted.

From 1 October 2009 the MA programme in Translation Studies has been transferred to the Department of English and Comparative Literary Studies.  This MA programme is currently under review and information about its future will be available early in the new year.  Please note that while the review is ongoing we will be unable to accept applications.

The entry criteria for the PhD programmes in Translation Studies, Comparative Literature, Comparative Cultural Studies and Caribbean Studies are currently under review and applications to these programmes are suspended until January 2010.  There will be more information about these programmes towards the end of the calendar year.

The MA programme in Translation, Writing and Cultural Difference will continue to be administered by the German Department (see http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/arts/german/postgraduates/ma_in_translation_writing_difference).
