Graeme Macdonald has just been awarded the SFRA Pioneer Award.

"The Pioneer Award is given is given to the writer or writers of the best critical essay-length work of the year. This year’s Pioneer Award winner is Graeme MacDonald for “Improbability Drives: The Energy of SF” published in Paradoxa 26."
