Catalina Neculai (PhD Warwick, now Coventry U lecturer) has just had her first book published.
Urban Space and Late Twentieth-Century New York Literature: Reformed Geographies.

This was her revised Warwick PhD.
Also, Laura Malhotra, (BA 2012, English and Italian) has just been accepted into the CUNY PhD program with a full tuition fellowship and $25,000 stipend for the first four years. This is after having worked as a paid employee for the Smithsonian Institution, National Museum of American History.
This kind of award is a tremendous achievement (especially for CUNY which has very few of these financial packages).
These are Laura’s achievements, but they also reflect on the reputation of our BA training.
