The Undergraduate Coordinator (Student IT Systems), in collaboaration with the other undergraduate coordinators and the Academic Administrator, is responsible for the management, coordination, and support of undergraduate study in the Department of History. In addition, the Undergraduate Coordinator (Student IT Systems) is specifically responsible for the following:

• Secretary to the History Department Education Committee.
• Maintenance of the Current Students webpages of the History Department website.
• Provision of IT support for teaching, including ePortfolio management, digital project management, and online workshop bookings.
• Assistance to departmental staff and students with student IT systems such as eVision, Tabula, Moodle, lecture capture, and SiteBuilder.
