About the HRC
The Humanities Research Centre was established in 1995 and replaced the European Humanities Centre which was established in 1985.
- We have a Visiting Fellow each year and run an annual lecture series.
- We host a number of international conferences in addition to day conferences and symposia.
- We give financial support for departmental research seminars in the arts and humanities.
- A Doctoral Fellowship programme allows PhD students to organise conferences in their area of research.
- We run an interdisciplinary Postgraduate Scholars Programme and a Staff Fellows Programme.
