Richard Perkins studied French and German at the University of Birmingham, and acquired his MA in Librarianship & Information Studies at the University of Sheffield. He has been on the staff at the University of Warwick Library since 1983, becoming Subject Librarian for the departments of Theatre Studies and Film / TV Studies in 1988. Since 1992 Richard has been producing annual bibliographies on Arts and Media Management and Cultural Policy and Management in Europe for the students of the Centre, and now blogs on a regular basis to draw attention to news and reports on the arts and creative industries.
