Eligibility and Admission

The University of Warwick operates an Equal Opportunities Policy. It welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds. Selection is based solely on the suitability of the candidate for the course, and no discrimination is practised on the grounds of race, gender, creed, age class or physical ability.You will need to have, or be expecting to obtain, a first or upper second class honours bachelor's degree from a UK university or an equivalent qualification from an overseas university. Ideally your degree should be in an arts, humanities or business related subject.In your written application you will need to demonstrate that you are able to meet the intellectual demands of the course, and are interested in developign a professional career within the media and communication industries, or research.

If English is not your first language you must demonstrate that you have oral and written fluency in English. Preference will be given to candidates who have achieved a minimum score of 7.0 (IELTS) or 620 (TOEFL).

You will find full details of the application procedure and a link to the online application form on the Postgraduate Admissions Office website.  We encourage you to apply as early as possible.

If you are short-listed and are resident in the UK, you may be invited to attend an interview to satisfy the course selection panel of your suitability for the course.

All forms and documents must be sent to Postgraduate Admissions Office as we do not accept forms or documents directly at the Centre for Cultural Policy Studies.
