Eligibility and AdmissionThe University of Warwick operates an Equal Opportunities Policy. It welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds. Selection is based solely on the suitability of the candidate for the course, and no discrimination is practised on the grounds of race, gender, creed, age class or physical ability.You will need to have, or be expecting to obtain, a first or upper second class honours bachelor's degree from a UK university or an equivalent qualification from an overseas university. Ideally your degree should be in an arts, humanities or business related subject.In your written application you will need to demonstrate that you are able to meet the intellectual demands of the course, and are interested in developign a professional career within the media and communication industries, or research. If English is not your first language you must demonstrate that you have oral and written fluency in English. Preference will be given to candidates who have achieved a minimum score of 7.0 (IELTS) or 620 (TOEFL).
