The Department of Theatre and Performance Studies has particular strengths in Contemporary and Modern Theatre, Performance Studies, and in Theatre History and Historiography. It offers postgraduate research degrees at MA, MPhil and PhD level, which may be undertaken via practice subject to experience. The Centre for Cultural Policy Studies also offers MPhil and PhD opportunities.
