Bayesian inference of DNA replication parameters in S.cerevisiae

We develop an MCMC algorithm to infer basic parameters of DNA replication in budding yeast. These are the origin of replication firing times and their activation probabilities. In this talk we are going to discuss the specifics of the yeast replication model, working with data and give details on the inference algorithm itself.
