Background

I studied Physics at Oxford University for my undergraduate degree, before starting my MSc + PhD at the Complexity Science Doctoral Training Centre here in Warwick.

I am the co-founder and CSO of Spectra Analytics, a boutique data analysis and research consultancy. The firm delivers cutting-edge analysis to clients, to allow them to make informed decisions about their businesses. The aim is to bridge the gap between academia and industry, using advanced methods from Complexity Science.

PhD

My PhD is entitled "Modelling health behaviours", and is supervised by Dr Thomas House and Prof Gareth Roberts. I am investigating the effects of behaviour on the spread of diseases, and how knowledge of behaviour can prevent this spread.

Part of my PhD involves working with a team from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, analysing survey data from Uganda. My current work on visualising this data interactively using a web-app is here.
