The Global People team brings together individuals with substantial knowledge and experience in the understanding of intercultural communication. Within the team there is expertise in a range of academic disciplines, including linguistics, business management, psychology, organisational behaviour and work-based learning. What unites the team around the Global People project is a common interest in how people interact, communicate and learn together across cultural boundaries. In addition to academic expertise, team members have significant commercial experience and a core aim of the Global People project is to make state-of-the-art knowledge available in a practical and accessible format.
