Extending infant health and illness data collection across the whole of Coventry using the WCHMP. Agreement has been reached with the North PCG to fund the roll-out of the WCHMP across Coventry so that infant health and illness data are collected routinely on all children born in the city - we are negotiating with the remaining PCGs to ensure that the data collection is citywide.
