Naomi is in her third year of a Politics and International Studies (PAIS) degree at the University of Warwick. She has broad academic interests, including critical theory in world politics and international political economy, social cleavages (particularly gender, class, and race), and the politics of language, education, religion, and non-proliferation.

Emma Jacobs

Emma is in her second year at the University of Warwick, studying for a degree in English Literature. She has a keen interest in all forms of writing, both literary and academic, and greatly values undergraduate research as a means of intellectual growth for the author and as a fresh perspective within the world of academia. Her particular interests are in postmodernist fiction and theory and modern American poetry.

Jure Jerich

Jure is in his second year, studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Warwick. He has published sociological research about women in philosophy. His main academic interests are the study of political theory and philosophy, democratization and civil wars through the lens of comparative politics, and media sociology on both a micro and macro level. He is also very interested in scientific methodology.

Alex Marsden

Alex is in his fourth year of studying Physics at the University of Warwick. He has had a large exposure to research as an undergraduate completing research projects every summer while he has been at university. He believes that undergraduate research is an exceptional way of gaining skills and subject knowledge. His own personal interests are in experimental condensed matter physics, in particular the characterisation of materials.
