Monash University Members To Make Nominations for 2013 PrizeNominations for the 2013 Warwick Prize for Writing will be opened to Monash University (Australia) staff and students as part of a new agreement to create a global alliance between the two Universities. The partnership agreement includes joint academic posts, joint research projects, joint postgraduate courses and development of online learning activities. Prize for Writing 2011: Winner AnnouncedPeter Forbes was announced last night (Tuesday 22 March, 2011) as the winner of the £50,000 Warwick Prize for Writing for his fascinating story of mimicry and camouflage in science, art and the natural world. This unique biennial prize, launched in 2009, is run and self-funded by the University. It is an international cross-disciplinary award open to any genre or form of writing. |
