Booking & Accommodation is strictly subject to availability at the time the booking. Please note that due to contractual obligations the full delegate fee will be applicable even if accommodation is not required.

Cancellations Provided that written notice is received no later than 14th May 2010, you will receive a full refund less a handling charge of £50. Cancellations received after 14th May will be subject to 100% cancellation fee. Substitutions Substitute delegates can be confirmed at any stage in writing.
