Clinical interests:

Main interests are:

  • Primary and revision hip and knee replacement, including hip resurfacing for the younger patients
  • Unicompartmental knee arthroplasty for patients with limited knee osteoarthritis

Research Interests:

  • Ongoing clinical review of various aspects of hip resurfacing
  • Ongoing clinical review of various aspects of total knee replacement

Teaching responsibilities:

  • Co-leader of the course 'Evidence-Based Musculoskeletal Care: Managing Lower Limb Pain', at the University of Warwick Postgraduate Medical School
  • Organizer of the 'Midlands Adult Problem Hip Meeting'
  • Lectures overseas on hip resurfacing, for orthopaedic companies
  • SpR trainer
  • Teaching of Warwick Medical School students
