The main data collection phase of this study is now over.   However, we are still collecting the views of both patients and carers of patients.  We are particularly interested in the following conditions:

• Stroke
• Visual disorders (for example: visual field defects, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration)
• Diabetes
• Traumatic brain injury
• Epilepsy
