Clinical Systems Improvement: Supporting healthcare to improve quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness, by optimising the processes and systems of care

Our research aims to explore the application of clinical systems improvement philosophies and tools to the whole health economy.  There are a number of established and emerging themes of research:

• Strategic Lean Improvement Methodology for the Health Sector
• Development of undergraduate training package - Project to develop a training package in service improvement "Better safer healthcare" for undergraduate health students. CSI education programmes
