    The Pallen Research Group

Our group benefits from Research-Council funding spanning bioinformatics and laboratory-based projects. Our interests focus on the application of high-throughput sequencing to bacteria and bacterial communities. We are also interested in bacterial protein secretion. See also Mark Pallen's web page.
