Course Options
Part time: The period of study for the MSc will normally be a minimum of three years and a maximum of eight years part time. The period of study for the Postgraduate Diploma will normally be a minimum of two years and a maximum of five years part time. The period of study for the Postgraduate Certificate will normally be one year part time.
Full time: The period of study for the MSc will normally be three years.
Assessment
The MSc in Lingual Orthodontics is a Master’s degree by assessed coursework, assessed essays, examination and professional project.
Entry Requirements
All candidates must satisfy the Board of Graduate Studies’ requirements for entry and should be experienced specialist orthodontists who wish to develop their skills in lingual orthodontics.
UK Candidates must be registered with the GDC as a specialist orthodontist and have full professional indemnity. Overseas candidates should be registered with the appropriate regulatory body in the country of practice.
