Postgraduate Masters Applications

Entry Requirements:

  • Equivalent to UK lower second-class honours degree (2:ii) or above*
    • You will also need to submit original transcripts from your undergraduate degree(s) (or officially certified copies thereof). For candidates yet to graduate, offers of studentships are conditional on them obtaining the appropriate degree grade.
  • IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent (if English is not your first language)
  • Satisfactory References
    • After completing the form, if you have provided us with an email address for your referees, they will automatically be sent a request for a reference. It is therefore critically important that their email address is correct. You can also download reference forms to pass on to your referees. If paper references are submitted then signed references on headed notepaper are required from the institution to which your referees belong.
  • Interview
    • Your application and references will be reviewed be the Admissions Team. Providing your application meets the entry criteria, you will be invited to phone/Skype interview with a member of the Admissions Team. The final selection will be subject to a successful outcome of the interview.

* The Molecular Analytical Sciences MSc requires equivalent to UK upper second-class honours degree (2:i) or above.
