Jeff Zhang
Jeff Zhang started his PhD in university of Georgia, USA and finished in university of Newcastle Upon Tyne. He worked on the degradation of plant cell wall (especially pectin and mannan) and characterized many enzymes that are secreted by human gut bacteria that help to break down the otherwise indigestible polysaccharides.
Jeff enjoys travelling, eating delicious food, and is a very good badminton player.
