    Research Summary
    grey-line-1.jpg

Tandem Catalysis: Interdisciplinary approaches to innovative reactor designs and models through collaboration with chemical engineers. Asymmetric Catalysis: Copper-catalysed nitrene-transfer reactions for synthesis of aziridines, chiral sulfur compounds and hemiaminals. Chemical Biology: Application of new synthetic methods to elucidation of plant defence mechanisms (in collaboration with Warwick HRI). Clean synthesis using carbon dioxide as a starting material.
