Dr. Timo Scholehwar, Physik Instrumente (PI - Ceramics Division)
Timo graduated from TU Dresden in 2002, while working in parallel 1997-2006 at the Fraunhofer IKTS as a lab assistant. Joined PI in 2007 as an R+D engineer for ceramic materials, components, assemblies and DuraAct (DuraAct being PI’s flexible ceramic base) completing a PhD in 2011.
Dr. Nishal Ramadas, Elster (now part of Honeywell)
Nishal earned a BEng from Bangalore University (India) and a PhD from the University of Strathclyde. He currently leads transducer design and development activities within his company and also holds a visiting faculty position at University of Warwick. Prior to joining Elster, he held post-doctoral positions at Universities of Southampton and Strathclyde.
