Reduced rate places are limited and proof of student/unwaged status must be sent by post before registration can be completed.
Registration fee includes participation in all sessions, coffee and refreshments, and lunch over the three days (10th to 12th).

We are not offering further reservations on accommodations. Other local accommodation is available, but it may be difficult to get to campus from some of these options.

Cancellation Policy

Provided you give notice of cancellation within 7 working days of registration (the "Cancellation Period"), a refund for your registration fee can be made for registrations made before 03 September 2008. (The 7 working days begin with the day after the day on which you register and ends on the expiry of the 7th working day). After the Cancellation Period there will be no refund for your registration fee. At all times there will only be a refund for your accommodation fee if the accommodation is fully booked and if we are able to re-book your accommodation for another conference attendee.
