Early bird registration is available until 28 February 2017. Please note, if you are booking a place relating to presenting a paper / poster, then a normal standard booking fee is required.
There are two options for booking, an all-inclusive price, or conference only. Please see the details below.

2 day IWBF 2017 conference - Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 April
Welcome reception - Monday 3 April
3 course dinner at Scarman - Monday 3 April - available between 7-9 pm (dinner is also included for Tuesday 4 April for those who choose not to attend the banquet - see below)
Single occupancy accommodation at Scarman House - Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 April
Breakfast and lunch - Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 April

If you wish / need to stay for the night of Wednesday 5 April, there is an option to select the extra night, at a special rate of £85 B&B, when booking online.

Accommodation can be booked online for Scarman House, or you can book for your own alternative accommodation. One night bed and breakfast at Scarman costs £85.
Banquet:
There is an optional banquet on Tuesday 4 April, visiting nearby Warwick Castle for a medieval experience, with special guests! £80.
There are many other options for eating on campus, including dinner at Scarman House or in the local area if you do not wish to attend the banquet.
