WUSAT - Warwick University Satellite Project

How many people can include building and launching a satellite on their CV? Well WUSAT is one of the many remarkable projects that our students can undertake as part of their studies.

2015’s successful WUSAT-2 project saw the student-built satellite, CubeSat, launch from the Swedish Space Agency’s space centre in Esrange. Ejected from the Orion rocket at 90km altitude CubeSat re-entered the atmosphere recording and transmitting readings of the density of atmospheric elements.
