Candidates for a Pass degree are required to take a total load of 105 CATS credits, excluding ES3D4 Construction Management in Practice.
Accreditation
Please note that the BEng Civil Engineering degree is accredited by the ICE and IStructE where students gain an honours classification and pass a project such as ES3B1 or ES327. Accreditation at BEng level recognises that only part of the academic requirements for CEng status will be met and therefore graduates will be required to undertake further learning. Advice on what constitutes further learning is available from each institution.
The IMechE accept any degree accredited by another UK based engineering Institution for CEng registration.
