Talks, Seminars and Events

Students tell us that engagement with alumni is extremely beneficial whether through seminars, events or mentoring and internships. The curriculum is greatly enhanced by site visits and talks from industry. If you are in a position to offer these please get in touch.

Our Alumni Events page will also be updated with details of our Undergraduate Alumni Seminar Series in which our Alumni are invited back to share their experiences since graduating from Warwick Engineering. Get in touch if you will share your experiences as an Engineering graduate.

Placements

Could you or your company offer summer or penultimate-year placements for an engineering undergraduate? We will support you in finding students and making sure they follow a structured placement. If you could offer a placement, please contact engineering@warwick.ac.uk and let us know the details. We will be able to promote any placements to our students.

Mentoring

As Alumni, you are in a great position to offer advice to current students whether ad-hoc or through mentoring. We especially welcome offers from female former students. Contact us for more information.

Much of our research is done in collaboration with industry.

We always welcome donations to support the work of the department.
