    Born in Naples, Italy, Dr Leandro Pecchia is Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Warwick. He has authored or co-authored more than 60 journal and conference papers in the fields of Pattern Recognition, Home Monitoring, User Need Elicitatn and Health Technology Assessment (HTA).
    Dr. Pecchia has long experience in biomedical engineering teaching and research, including signal processing, economical evaluation, Telemedicine, Biomedical Devices, quantitative mental stress assessment, and application of Analytic Hierarchy Process to HTA, Management Control and to medical decision making.
