    RESEARCH PROFILE


    Research interests:
    Stochastic nonlinear systems, stochastic resonance, biomimetic signal processing, sensory neural coding, auditory ribbon synapse signalling, cochlear implants and stimulation strategies. Information theory in connection with signal coding and image processing. The transition to turbulence in wakes, in particular the role of free stream turbulence level.
