We are pleased to announce that Ian Dunn PVC for Students at Coventry University has been elected to Chair the Deans' Alliance. He will take over from Prof Richard Hall having concluded 10 years as Chair.
The 12 universities in the West Midlands region have been awarded £24.3 million to increase partnerships with local companies.

Another Dean
Angela Dean will join the Deans Alliance at the next meeting, she represents the university of Derby, and will be pleased to brief us on the current activities of the Engineering Professors' Council. We welcome Angela and look forward to seeing her at the next meeting at Aston on the 30th April.
