Simmonics and Structure_Dist have been superceded with SSE (the Simmonic Sequence Editor). SSE provides an integrated environment where sequences can be aligned, annotated, classified and directly analysed by a number of built-in bioinformatic programs. This is a major upgrade and incorporates all the functionality (and more) previously provided by Simmonics and Structure_Dist.
All users are encouraged to use SSE. Full details and registration are provided on the SSE website
