    Arrival information for PG Research students 2011

    The Welcome to Warwick pages will provide all the information you need before you arrive at Warwick from enrolment and fees to accommodation, packing your belongings and arriving on campus.

    We look forward to welcoming you to Life Sciences. Before you arrive at Warwick, there are a number of things you will need to do to prepare.

    • Enrolment 
      Enrolment is your official registration as a student at the University. Once you have enrolled you can apply for your IT Services account and submit your photo for your University Card. If you will be studying for a PhD please ensure that you enrol for both the PhD and the Certificate in Transferable Skills (this will be part of your training programme and will run alongside your PhD). Please note that enrolment for Postgraduate students will be possible from 12th September 2011, please do not try to enrol before that date.

    Orientation 

    Students joining the University of Warwick from overseas should consider attending the Orientation programme specifically designed for them. This year Orientation will take place between Tuesday 27th and Friday 30th September 2011.

    Welcome to Warwick Pack- All new postgraduate research students will be sent a Welcome Pack from the Graduate School in late August/ early September. The packs are designed to offer new students a clear and cohesive set of information and guidance about preparing for and making the most of student life at Warwick. All information contained in the pack is also available on the Welcome to Warwick webpages.

    You will also receive a welcome letter/email from Life Sciences advising you where to go on day 1 and the plan for your first few days. Induction Programme for 2011
