• Modelling of the binding process of peptides to TiO2 Surfaces Using Polarizable Force Field

The binding interaction between peptides and the titanium dioxide surface is studied using the polarizable force field. The influence of solvent (water) and conformations of peptides also will be investigated by molecular dynamics simulation and ab initio calculation.
