STEP/AEA Support Form 2011-12

This form should be completed by students who have applied to study mathematics at the University of Warwick for whom STEP or AEA forms a part of their offer of a university place. Upon completion of this form, you will be given free access to our online resources that have been specifically developed for STEP and AEA preparation.

Students completing this form may also be considered for a free place on our 2-day course designed to support students studying STEP and AEA. This course will take place at the University of Warwick on Saturday 25th February 2012 (day 1) and Saturday 14th April 2012 (day 2). Please note that availability for the 2-day course is limited and priority will be given to those students who are able to access little or no support through their own school/college.

To help us to distinguish between similar applications, students will be asked to complete a short personal statement. This gives applicants an opportunity to demonstrate how being given a place on this course would allow them to achieve their full potential.

The deadline for receiving applications is Friday 3rd February 2012. Applicants who are successful in securing a place on the 2-day course will be notified by email no later than Friday 10th February 2012. Applicants who have not been contacted by Friday 10th February 2012 should assume that they have not been successful.

Please note that if you are applying after the deadline of 3rd February, you may still be able to secure a place for day 2 by completing the form below in the usual way.
