Aug 2015 Hendrik Weber receives Royal Society University Research Fellowship
Dr Hendrik Weber has received a Royal Society University Research Fellowship for the programme "Properties of renormalised stochastic PDEs".
The project aims to investigate how solutions of renormalised stochastic partial differential equations relate to discrete models from statistical mechanics.
This will involve studying scaling limits of interacting particle systems, metastability properties for solutions of SPDEs, as well as ergodicity and phase transitions.
