Please note that University of Warwick is NOT located in the town of Warwick - it is on the outskirts of Coventry. It is also not the same as Coventry University (a separate university in the centre of Coventry).

Arrival Information

The conference is being held in the Zeeman Building, where the Mathematics Institute is located. This is the red marker on this map.

Registration:

Registration will take place on the ground floor of the Zeeman building (Mathematics department), in the main entrance area.
The conference will start formally at 11am on Thursday 14th April. You can register before this (from 9am) or, if you cannot get here by then, you can also register at lunch time.
A detailed timetable will appear on this website in a few days time.

Accommodation:

Check-in: If you have booked on-campus accommodation through us, you will be able to check-in from 3pm on your day of arrival (there will be an extended coffee break on Thursday to give you time to do this). Check-in is at Rootes reception, located on ground floor of Rootes Building; dark blue marker on this map.
Left luggage: There is a left luggage room at Rootes Reception. There will be no secure location to store luggage in the Mathematics department.

Parking:

Free parking: You can park on campus for free, but you will need a special code. This code will be sent by email nearer the date of the conference. It is very important that you bring this code with you if you need to park. Enter the code in the number pad at the car park entrance. Use the same code to exit the car park.
This code will only work in car parks 7, 8a or 15 (see campus map or for locations of all car parks see car park map).
We recommend you park in car park 15. This is behind the Zeeman Building.

Arriving early/Leaving late:

If you are arriving at Warwick before 14th April or leaving after 16th April, here is some information about where to get meals on/near campus:

• Map of Cafes and Restaurants on-campus can be found here, with opening times here and here (conference is during Easter vacation).
• There is a Varsity Pub just off-campus which serves bar meals. See green marker on this map.
• There is a Costcutter convenience store on-campus (see yellow basket on this map; open till 8pm Mon-Sat and 5pm Sun).
• There is a 24hr Tesco just off-campus (see yellow line on this map).
