My PhD is on "Understanding the "Rules of Engagement" for Membrane Protein Folding", taking an engineer's approach to study how proteins interact and fold within a cell membrane. I am working with Rebecca Notman in the Centre for Scientific Computing (based in computer science) and Ann Dixon in the Chemical Biology department.
