    Joseph Jones

Hello and welcome to my web page.

Currently I am working towards an MSc in Mathematical Biology and Biophysical Chemistry, which is the first stage in the MOAC doctoral training program at Warwick.

Previously I studied at the University of the West of England where I was awarded a BSc in Mathematics with First Class Honours. Also I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications.

I intend to update this page as and when I have something presentable to post that I believe may be of interest to others. In the meantime, below is a house spider and its brood that I came across when doing the hoovering recently. For my undergraduate project I investigated aspects of 'Gaussian numeration systems', which have a complex number as the radix, and in some way this picture alludes to symmetries that I encountered along the way.
