UK Space Agency - Space to non-space technology development funding
The UK Space Agency invites applications for grants to support knowledge exchange activities emerging from the Aurora programme. This aims to transfer technology developed from the ESA Robotic Exploration programme into the wider community, benefiting the UK economy. The proposed activity must demonstrate how Aurora funded technology is transferred to other academic disciplines or commercial applications benefiting the UK economy. Proposals for technologies which are commercially focused or provide an economic impact are specifically encouraged. Applications can be made individually or in partnership with other organisations.
Funding is available of up to £100,000 per proposal, and each project should be part funded by an industrial applicant. Academic partners and government institutions are funded at 80 percent of the full economic cost.
