Congratulations to Rebecca White who has won the student poster prize at the National Astronomy Meeting in St Andrews for her poster entitled First Observation of a Transverse Vertical Oscillation during the Formation of a Hot Post-flare Loop, which is co-authored by Erwin Verwichte and Claire Foullon. This work, including another paper by the same authors which was presented by Rebecca as an oral contribution, feature in a Press Release by the Royal Astronomical Society.

The National Astronomy Meeting is the annual conference of the RAS and brings together scientists from astronomy, solar, space and solar system physics. Rebecca's award winning poster can be viewed outside office PS1.42.
