Leigh Whitehead
I'm a 3rd year PhD Student working on the T2K Experiment.
I mainly work on the reconstruction of events in the ECals. My responsibilities include:
- ecalRecon package manager.
- ecalTestBeam package manager.
- oaAnalysis ECal module "manager".
I am currently working on two main tasks:
- Analysing data taken at the CERN Testbeam run for the Downstream ECal. This is mainly looking at the performance of the energy response for electrons and positrons and looking at the PID output.
- My main analysis is measuring the intrinsic electron neutrino contamination of the beam. This involves using the global reconstruction to find and tag neutrino candidate events.
